ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTUCTIONS

If you choose to use your phone instead of a computer/tablet you will need to install the teacherease app on your phone.

At your browser go to the URL www.teacherease.com.

Enter your login information at the top of the TeacherEase web-site and proceed to log into the system.

Type in your email address and the password from your email. You should then see the "Parent Main" page.

Click on the Online Registration Banner on the top. If you are registering a returning student make sure you click on the second option “Continue registration existing student(s). If you are registering a new student for the first time in Winfield School District 34 for school year 2025-26 click the first option.

Parents will need to complete a registration for each student. You will need to click on each student's name. If you have a new child starting, add them as a new student in the same TeacherEase account.

Please update any information that has changed.

Upload an approved form of Proof of Residency or bring in a copy to the school.

2025-2026 KINDERGARTEN OPEN HOUSE
Tuesday, April 15, 2025 in the Primary Building we will be having our Kindergarten Open House from 4:00-6:00 PM. Parents and/or guardians of students residing within District #34, who will be 5 years of age on or before September 1, are invited to attend. This will be an informational meeting to learn more about the kindergarten program. Parents should bring their child and the following items; 3 proofs of residency, (i.e. utility bill, drivers license, tax bill) and your child’s birth certificate (county stamped original). Please call Nuvia at 630-909-4901 to schedule a time.
